Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, explain products/services, and assist customers with their queries. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

  • Key Responsibilities : Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
  • Handle inbound customer calls and provide accurate information.
  • Explain products/services, offers, and company policies to customers.
  • Generate and follow up on leads through telephone calls.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
  • Maintain records of calls, customer information, and follow-ups.
  • Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales and customer support teams.
  • Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when required.
  • Follow up with customers regularly to convert leads into sales.
