Job Description

Tele caller / HR Recruiter

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Work Mode: Work From Home

Experience: Fresher & Experienced Both Can Apply

Job Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to candidates and explain available job opportunities.
  • Screen and shortlist interested candidates.
  • Follow up with candidates and guide them through the recruitment process.
  • Maintain candidate details and daily calling records in Excel.
  • Update call status such as Interested, Not Interested, Follow-up, No Response, etc.
  • Coordinate with the recruitment team regarding candidate joining and onboarding.
  • Achieve daily calling and recruitment targets.

Requirements

  • Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable making regular phone calls.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Smartphone and stable internet connection required for work from home.
