Job Summary

Pacific Habitats India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and motivated Telesales Executive to join our team in Lucknow. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our commercial real estate projects, generating leads, following up with prospects, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads.2
2. Explain company projects, commercial properties, pricing, and available options to prospective clients.
3. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable commercial property options.
4. Follow up regularly with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
5. Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer responses.
6. Coordinate with the sales team and schedule site visits/meetings with interested customers.
7. Achieve assigned calling and lead-conversion targets.
8. Provide regular updates to the reporting manager regarding lead status and follow-ups.

Candidate Requirements

2–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, or a similar role.

Experience in real estate/commercial real estate will be preferred.

Basic to good understanding of English is required.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM will be an advantage.
