Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage with team our end to end tendering process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying Tenders: Finding tenders published by government bodies, companies, or organizations.
  • Understanding Requirements: Reading the tender document carefully to know eligibility, scope of work, and submission rules.
  • Preparing Documentation: Collecting certificates, financial records, technical details, and compliance forms.
  • Pricing & Quotation: Calculating costs and preparing a competitive bid price.
  • Follow-up: Attending clarifications, presentations, or negotiations
  • Well known with MS Office, Canva, JPG editing etc.
