Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily data entry work for the Cutting & Printing Department.
  • Maintain lot-wise and quantity-wise production records.
  • Do lot/bundle numbering and identification on physical garments/material.
  • Update and maintain records in Google Sheets, MS Excel and FMS.
  • Cross-check physical material and quantities with system entries.
  • Maintain proper records of lots received, processed and transferred.
  • Coordinate with Cutting, Printing and Production teams for accurate data.
  • Ensure all numbering and entries are accurate and completed on time.

Requirements:

  • Basic computer knowledge with good typing speed.
  • Good knowledge of Google Sheets, MS Excel and data entry.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortable handling both computer work and physical material.
  • Garments/manufacturing industry experience preferred.
