Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage purchasing of raw materials, fabrics, trims and other production requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, pricing and timely deliveries.
- Prepare and maintain purchase orders and purchase records.
- Ensure material quality, quantity and rates as per requirements.
- Coordinate with the production, store and accounts departments.
- Follow up on pending orders, deliveries and vendor payments.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
- Experience in purchase/procurement, preferably in the garments or hosiery industry.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain records and manage multiple purchase orders.
