Required Accounts Assistant for a well-known Exports and Manufacturing Company in Ludhiana.

Qualification      :              B Com, M Com, BBA, CA Inter

Job Location   :           Ludhiana

Experience        :              2-5 Years

Skills Required

·        Basic Bookkeeping: Mastery of double-entry bookkeeping, debits, credits, and ledger balancing.

·        Accounts Payable: Processing supplier invoices, matching purchase orders, and preparing payment runs.

·        Accounts Receivable: Issuing client invoices, tracking outstanding debts, and chasing overdue payments.

·        Bank Reconciliation:

·        Data Entry

·        Accounting Software: Tally, Ever shine, Busy or SAP.

·        Spreadsheets: Advanced knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).

·        Tax Basics: Understanding local tax regulations, such as VAT, GST, or sales tax calculations.

Job profile          :          

• Maintaining books of accounts on daily basis and completing general entries of Sale Invoices, Purchase Invoices, Cash Vouchers, Journal Vouchers etc in Tally
• Working knowledge of Tally, Busy 12.0 & ERP 9 as accounting software’s.
• Bank reconciliation on daily basis.
• Making of all type of daily vouchers of the
• Bank dealing such as withdrawal, Deposits, Transfer, NEFT, RTGS & other related works.
• Prepare of stock statement and submit to bank on monthly
• Verification of stock reconciliation and physical stock.
