We are looking for a creative and fast-moving Video Clipper who understands internet culture, hooks, pacing, and audience retention.

The goal is to turn trending moments, fan reactions, sports discussions, memes, and viral internet conversations into highly engaging short-form content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and X.

Role Overview: You will be responsible for identifying viral-worthy moments from sports, entertainment, podcasts, interviews, livestreams, press conferences, news clips, fan reactions, and trending conversations, then converting them into engaging short-form videos.

This is not just basic clipping. We need someone who understands:

-> Hooks

-> Retention editing

-> Emotional triggers

-> Meme culture

-> Fast-paced storytelling

-> US audience behavior

-> Sports internet culture

The ideal candidate knows how to make viewers stop scrolling within the first 2 seconds.

Responsibilities:

-> Content Clipping & Editing

-> Find engaging moments from long-form videos, podcasts, livestreams, interviews, sports content, and trending internet discussions.

-> Create TikTok/Reels/Shorts optimized edits.

-> Add subtitles/captions with strong readability.

-> Add zooms, cuts, memes, transitions, sound effects, and motion graphics where needed.

-> Create multiple variations/hooks from the same source content.

-> Maintain fast pacing and high viewer retention.

-> Trend Research

-> Monitor trending topics in:NBA, NFL, Football/Soccer, Combat sports, Pop culture, Celebrity moments, Internet drama, Viral social media discussions

-> Suggest content ideas proactively.

-> Understand what is currently working on TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.

-> Optimization

-> Write strong hooks/titles.

-> Create engaging opening 1-3 seconds.

-> Improve retention through editing patterns.

-> Repurpose one piece of content into multiple formats.

Requirements:

-> Experience editing short-form content.

-> Strong understanding of TikTok/Reels/Shorts style editing.

-> Knowledge of sports/internet culture.

-> Ability to identify viral moments.

-> Fast turnaround time.

-> Good English understanding.

-> Ability to work independently.

Preference:

-> Experience editing sports content.

-> Understanding of US audience psychology.

-> Meme editing experience.

Software Skills: Candidates should be comfortable using:

-> Adobe Premiere Pro

-> CapCut

-> After Effects (basic is fine)

-> DaVinci Resolve (optional)

-> Canva (optional)

-> Any other Video editing tool

-> AI voice over tools

Deliverables: Expected output may include:

-> 3-10 short clips per day (depending on workload)

-> Multiple hook variations

-> Platform-optimized exports

-> Organized file management
