  • Customer se loan ke required documents collect karna
  • Documents ki checking aur verification karna
  • Bank/NBFC ki requirement ke according file complete karna
  • Missing documents ke liye customer se follow-up karna
  • Loan file ko properly arrange karke login ke liye ready karna
  • Bank/NBFC ke queries ka follow-up karna
  • Sanction/disbursement se pehle pending documentation complete karwana
  • Customer aur bank ke beech coordination karna
