🚗 Hiring: Workshop & Marketing Manager

Ranjeet Car Care Experts is looking for an experienced and energetic Workshop & Marketing Manager to manage our automobile workshop operations as well as customer acquisition and marketing activities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day workshop operations and staff
• Handle customer enquiries, bookings and follow-ups
• Ensure vehicles are delivered on time with proper quality checks
• Coordinate with technicians, service advisors and customers
• Monitor workshop sales, job cards and daily targets
• Generate new customers through local marketing and digital marketing
• Develop relationships with corporate clients, insurance companies and other business partners
• Handle social media, Google presence and promotional campaigns
• Increase workshop leads, sales and repeat customers
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
• Prepare daily/weekly performance reports
• Candidate Requirements2–5 years of experience in the automobile industry
• Experience in workshop management / automobile service centre
• Knowledge of car servicing, repair, denting & painting or insurance claims preferred
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Basic knowledge of digital/local marketing
• Ability to manage a team and achieve sales targets
• Should be responsible, energetic and target-oriented
• Candidates with experience in multi-brand car workshops will be preferred

💰 Salary₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
