HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager to manage and oversee the complete HR function of the organization. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee management, HR policies, payroll coordination, performance management, compliance, and maintaining a positive work environment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete recruitment and selection process from sourcing to joining.
• Develop job descriptions and coordinate interviews with candidates.
• Handle employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and exit formalities.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate with the accounts team for payroll, salary processing, deductions, and incentives.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and company rules.
• Monitor employee performance and coordinate performance appraisals.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues professionally.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Prepare HR reports related to attendance, recruitment, turnover, payroll, and employee performance.
• Plan employee engagement activities, training, and development programs.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
• Support management in manpower planning and organizational development.
• Ensure proper communication of company policies and procedures to employees.
