1. Mall Head

• Job Purpose: To provide overall leadership for the mall, driving profitability, operational excellence, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Key Responsibilities: Own the P&L and annual business plan, lead the entire mall management team, drive leasing and tenant relations, and act as the primary liaison with asset owners.
• Qualifications: MBA with 12-15+ years in retail/mall management, including senior leadership experience. Requires strong financial acumen and strategic thinking.

2. Assistant Technical Manager

• Job Purpose: To ensure the seamless and safe functioning of all technical services and infrastructure (HVAC, electrical, BMS, etc.).
• Key Responsibilities: Manage daily technical operations and vendor partners, implement preventive maintenance schedules, and oversee energy management.
• Qualifications: B.E. in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with 5-7 years of experience in technical management for a large-scale commercial property.

3. Manager, Security & Safety

• Job Purpose: To develop and manage the overall security and safety strategy to protect the mall's assets, tenants, and visitors.
• Key Responsibilities: Lead the security team, manage all security systems (CCTV, access control), and oversee emergency response and crisis management plans.
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with 8-10 years in security management, preferably from a corporate, military, or law enforcement background.

4. Customer Relationship Manager

• Job Purpose: To champion and elevate the customer experience by managing all guest services and feedback channels.
• Key Responsibilities: Lead the customer service team, serve as the main point for complaint resolution, and develop customer loyalty initiatives.
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Business with 5-8 years in a customer-facing managerial role. Requires exceptional interpersonal skills.

5. Manager, Finance

• Job Purpose: To oversee all financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, budgeting, compliance, and strategic financial guidance.
• Key Responsibilities: Manage the full financial cycle, lead budgeting and forecasting, ensure timely tenant billing/collections, and maintain internal controls.
• Qualifications: CA or MBA (Finance) with 8-10 years of experience, preferably in the real estate or retail industry.

6. Assistant Manager, Marketing

• Job Purpose: To execute marketing initiatives that drive footfall, support tenant sales, and build the mall's brand.
• Key Responsibilities: Manage the marketing calendar, events, and digital/social media platforms. Coordinate with agencies and track campaign performance.
• Qualifications: Degree in Marketing/Business with 4-6 years of experience, ideally in a retail environment. Must have strong digital marketing skills.

7. Security Officer

• Job Purpose: To ensure a safe environment by patrolling premises, monitoring surveillance equipment, and responding to incidents.
• Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular patrols, monitor CCTV, respond to alarms and emergencies, and assist visitors while enforcing mall policies.
• Qualifications: High school diploma with 2-4 years of security experience. Must be physically fit with strong observation and communication skills.
