Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Quality Incharge to manage and monitor quality standards throughout the garment manufacturing process. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that finished products meet company and customer quality requirements.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise the overall quality checking process.
• Inspect fabric, cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing stages.
• Identify defects and take corrective actions.
• Ensure products meet approved samples, measurements, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with the production and stitching teams to resolve quality issues.
• Conduct regular inline and final inspections.
• Maintain quality inspection records and reports.
• Monitor recurring defects and implement preventive measures.
• Ensure proper handling of rejected or defective pieces.
• Train and guide quality checkers and production staff regarding quality standards.
• Ensure customer requirements and production specifications are followed.
• Support timely resolution of quality-related issues before dispatch.
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of garment manufacturing and quality control.
• Knowledge of garment defects and inspection procedures.
• Good understanding of measurements, specifications, and finishing quality.
• Team handling and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for quality reports.
• EligibilityExperience: Minimum 2 years in garment manufacturing quality.
• Qualification: Graduate / Diploma / relevant garment industry qualification preferred.
• Candidates with hands-on experience in garment quality control will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits₹16,000 – ₹18,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
