Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend and manage incoming calls and client inquiries.
- Handle leads generated through online advertisements and marketing campaigns.
- Understand clients’ requirements and provide accurate information about our services.
- Follow up with potential clients and convert inquiries into confirmed leads/bookings.
- Maintain a professional, polite, and attentive approach while communicating with clients.
- Keep track of leads and follow-ups.
- Performance-based incentives will be provided for successfully converting/maturing leads.
- Assist with basic front-desk and reception-related tasks when required.
Key qualities: Good communication skills, patience, attentiveness, confidence, and a professional attitude.
