Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic, customer-centric Apple Sales Promoter (iPro) to represent the Apple ecosystem across our retail floor. In this role, you will showcase Apple products (iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, and accessories), demonstrate features, and guide customers toward technology solutions that fit their personal and professional needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage retail visitors proactively to demonstrate Apple hardware, software, and services.
• Explain features, ecosystem integrations (iCloud, AirDrop, Continuity), and trade-in/financing options clearly.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for Apple devices, AppleCare+, and related accessories.
• Maintain Apple visual merchandising standards, ensuring demo devices are clean, functional, and updated.
• Deliver mini-workshops or product walkthroughs for new device onboarding and data migration.
• Report daily sales performance, customer feedback, and stock requirements to the store manager.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years of sales experience in consumer electronics, mobile devices, or high-end retail.
• Product Knowledge: Deep familiarity with iOS, macOS, iPadOS, and Apple services.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to simplify complex technical specs.
• Availability: Flexibility to work retail shifts, including weekends, peak shopping hours, and holidays.
• Education: High school diploma or bachelor's degree preferred. Apple Product Professional (APP) or Apple Certified Associate credentials are a plus.
