Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Incentives: Performance-Based Incentives
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Senior Sales Counsellor for our Model Town outlet. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills, with the ability to convert leads into admissions and drive revenue through effective student counselling.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel prospective students and understand their requirements and career goals.
- Convert leads and walk-ins into successful admissions.
- Explain courses, benefits, fee structure, and career opportunities effectively.
- Follow up with interested students and ensure maximum conversion.
- Coordinate and ensure timely fee recovery from enrolled students.
- Maintain regular communication with students throughout the admission process.
- Take and maintain student feedback to improve counselling and overall student experience.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and fee collections.
- Coordinate with the academic and branch teams for smooth student onboarding.
- Handle student queries professionally and build strong relationships with students.
- Support the branch in achieving overall sales and revenue goals.
- Candidate ProfilePrior experience in sales, counselling, education sales, or business development preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales-driven environment.
- Ability to handle students professionally and build long-term relationships.
- Candidates with proven sales conversion experience will be preferred.
