Job Summary:

A Telecaller is responsible for communicating with customers over the phone to promote products or services, generate leads, answer inquiries, and maintain customer relationships. The role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve sales or customer service targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain products, services, and offers to customers.
• Answer customer questions and resolve concerns.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
• Update customer information in the company database.
