Job Description

  1. ey ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to retailers and potential wholesale buyers.
  2. Follow up on leads generated through Meta Ads, website enquiries and company databases.
  3. Explain product quality, designs, wholesale prices, offers and ordering procedures.
  4. Convert interested leads into confirmed orders.
  5. Share product catalogues, videos and offers through WhatsApp.
  6. Follow up with interested buyers and customers who have not placed orders.
  7. Maintain customer details, call remarks, lead status and follow-up dates in CRM.
  8. Coordinate with the dispatch team regarding order status when required.
  9. Achieve daily calling, follow-up and monthly sales targets.
  10. Maintain professional communication and develop repeat business from existing customers.
  • Required SkillsGood Hindi communication; Punjabi and basic English preferred.
  • Experience in telesales, telecalling or B2B sales preferred.
  • Basic computer, Excel, CRM and WhatsApp skills.
  • Confidence in handling objections and closing sales.
  • Target-oriented, disciplined and consistent with follow-ups.
  • Performance ExpectationsDaily outbound calls and follow-ups as per company targets.
  • Daily reporting of calls, interested buyers, follow-ups and confirmed orders.
  • Focus on genuine wholesale enquiries and order conversion.
  • Build a strong pipeline of prospective and repeat buyers.
