Telecaller

Job DescriptionWe are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join the Estorra team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting registered sellers/customers, understanding their requirements, helping them get started on the Estorra platform, and encouraging them to complete their product listings.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCall registered Estorra users who have not yet added products.
• Explain Estorra and its benefits in a simple and friendly manner.
• Understand customer/seller requirements and answer their basic queries.
• Guide sellers through the product-listing process.
• Follow up with interested sellers and help them complete registration/product uploads.
• Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and responses.
• Build positive relationships with sellers and customers.
• Coordinate with the team when technical or account-related assistance is required.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.
• RequirementsGood communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Confident and polite telephone communication.
• Basic knowledge of computers and internet usage.
• Ability to convince and engage customers professionally.
• Good listening
