Telecaller

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain the company’s visa and immigration services.
• Handle incoming calls and respond to client queries professionally.
• Follow up with leads and existing clients regarding their applications and services.
• Provide accurate information about visa processes, requirements, documentation, and company services.
• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and client communication.
• Schedule appointments for clients with the concerned counsellor or consultant.
• Coordinate with the sales and counselling team to ensure timely follow-up.
• Build good relationships with clients and provide professional customer service.
• Achieve assigned daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and company records.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
• Good telephone etiquette and professional behaviour.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to handle clients politely and confidently.
• Previous telecalling, customer service, or sales experience will be an advantage.

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
