🚀 We're Hiring: Content Creator & Videographer Company: Capital Properties & Finance
Location: Ludhiana, Punjab
Salary: ₹18,000–₹30,000 per month (based on skills and experience)
About the Role We're looking for a creative, energetic, and passionate Content Creator & Videographer who can help us build a powerful personal brand and grow our presence across Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
You'll work closely with our founder to capture daily business activities, shoot engaging property videos, create personal-branding content, and turn everyday work into high-quality social media content.
- Key Responsibilities Shoot engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and daily vlogs.
- Record property tours, luxury homes, commercial spaces, and real estate projects.
- Film personal-branding videos, business meetings, site visits, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Edit videos professionally with engaging hooks, subtitles, transitions, and music.
- Suggest creative content ideas and trending video formats.
- Capture content throughout the working day and make the most of every shoot.
- Repurpose footage into multiple videos for different social media platforms.
- Maintain consistent content quality and help grow our digital presence.
- Requirements Experience in video shooting, content creation, and video editing.
- Knowledge of editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media trends.
- Strong creative thinking, storytelling, and framing skills.
- Ability to capture high-quality footage using a smartphone or camera.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and an eye for detail.
