Job Description
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITES :
- Process daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and journal ledger entries.
- Verify vendor invoices, employee expense claims, and purchase orders for accurate billing approvals.
- Perform routine bank reconciliations and verify cash ledger accounts to maintain precise cash flow data.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial summaries, balance sheet reconciliations, and profit and loss tables.
- Help compute and document data for statutory filings, including GST calculations, TDS deductions, and PF sheets.
- Follow up systematically with clients regarding outstanding payments and track timely collections.
- Maintain organized physical and digital accounting files, receipts, and vouchers for quick reference.
- Coordinate with senior managers to prepare necessary documentation for internal and external audit checks.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
- Possess 1 to 3 years of accounting experience with operational proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, or Excel.
