Job Description
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITES :
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Finalize monthly financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
- Manage statutory compliances, including timely GST filing, TDS deductions, ESIC, and PF processing.
- Monitor daily bank transactions, verify reconciliations, and optimize working capital and cash management.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth statutory and financial audit closures.
- Review accounting entries, expense vouchers, and payroll processing for absolute accuracy.
- Track project-wise budgets, analyze financial variances, and report discrepancies to senior management.
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records in compliance with corporate accounting policies.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or a semi-qualified professional status (Inter-CA/CMA).
- Possess 2 to 5 years of experience handling corporate accounts with strong proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, or SAP.
