📌 Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Dubai Sales Executive to support our Dubai-based sales operations from our Madurai office.

The candidate will be responsible for handling sales enquiries, following up with leads and customers, coordinating with the Dubai sales team, scheduling demos/meetings, maintaining customer information, and supporting the complete sales process.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional approach, good follow-up ability, and a willingness to work according to Dubai/UAE

business timings when required.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Handle and follow up on sales leads and customer enquiries.
• Coordinate with the Dubai sales team for lead and customer requirements.
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product information.
• Follow up regularly with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Schedule product demos, meetings, and appointments for the Dubai sales team.
• Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM/software.
• Track follow-ups, opportunities, and sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, proposals, demos, and customer requirements.
• Follow up with customers until the enquiry is converted or closed.
• Maintain daily sales activity reports and update management.
• Support the Dubai sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
• Handle customer queries and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.

🔹 Key Requirements

• Any Graduate.
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales / Inside Sales / Telesales / Business Development / Customer Handling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good English communication is mandatory.
• Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
• Experience using CRM/software for lead management is an advantage.
• Should be confident in making outbound calls and speaking with customers.
• Target-oriented and willing to work towards sales goals.
• Candidates with experience in B2B sales will be preferred.
• Willingness to work according to Dubai business timings, if required.

💰 SalaryUp to ₹25,000 per month – Fixed Salary

Salary will be based on the candidate's experience, communication skills, and overall suitability for the role.
