Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, GST, TDS, reconciliations, and other finance-related tasks. Candidates with hands-on experience in Zoho Books will be preferred.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Manage GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliations, and related activities.
• Handle TDS compliance, including deduction, payment, returns, and reconciliation.
• Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS as required.
• Review and verify invoices, expenses, and supporting documents.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams for accounting and compliance requirements.
• Ensure timely completion of statutory and accounting-related activities.
• Maintain proper documentation and financial records.
• Requirements3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and reconciliations.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books is preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates based in or willing to work from Madurai are preferred.
