Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Create fresh content ideas and scripts for Reels, Shorts and YouTube
• Write strong hooks, storytelling, dialogues and CTAs in Tamil & English
• Create and manage the weekly/monthly content calendar.
• Coordinate with the Creative Director, creators and production team for content execution.
• Publish and schedule content across Instagram, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
• Manage captions, titles, descriptions, hashtags and posting requirements.
• Handle daily comments, DMs and community engagement.
• Identify potential customer enquiries from DMs and transfer sales-related leads to the Tele Support Team.
• Monitor views, engagement, shares, saves and follower growth and share basic insights.
• Track trends and competitor content and suggest new content opportunities.
• Maintain consistency in brand tone and communication across platforms.

Experience: 1–2+ years

Portfolio: Reels/Shorts scripts or previous social media work preferred.
