Job Description – Telecaller Executive (Banking Sales – Personal Loans)
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our Banking Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting personal loan products through outbound calls and converting leads into successful sales. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Promote and explain personal loan products and benefits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan options.
- Follow up with interested customers until loan disbursement.
- Generate and maintain quality leads.
- Update customer information in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth loan processing.
- Resolve customer queries professionally.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and banking guidelines.
