Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily service operations and support staff to ensure smooth workflow
- Handle customer service for battery repairs/replacements with high satisfaction
- Manage warranty cases and coordinate with OEMs for timely resolution
- Maintain accurate battery stock and ensure all service cases are properly closed
Requirements:
- Basic English knowledge and good communication skills
- Ability to coordinate and communicate with customers, staff, and OEM representatives
- Basic computer skills (Excel, simple software usage)
- Willingness to learn software for battery tracking and basic accounting
