Job Description
WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED AND RESPONSIBLE HR SENIOR EXECUTIVE TO MANGE DAY-TO-DAY HUMAN RESOUCE ACTIVITES. THE CANDIDATE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RECRUITMENT, EMPLOYEE ONBOARDING, ATTENDANCE MANGEMENT, PAYROLL COORDINATION, EMPLOYEE RECORDS, HR ADMINISTRATION, AND EMPLOYEE RELAITONS.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- HANDLE END-TO-END RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION PROCESSES.
- COORDINATE INTERVIEW AND EMPLOYEE ONBOARDING.
- MAINTAIN EMPLOYEE ATTENDANCE AND HR RECORDS.
- SUPPORT PAYROLL PROCESSING AND SALRY-RELATED ACTIVITIES.
REQUIREMENTS:
- PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN HR OR HUMAN RESOURCES.
- KNOWLE OF MS EXCEL.
- STRONG ORGANIZATION AND TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS.
