Job Description
- Job ExpectationsManage complete recruitment independently
- Handle manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer follow-up and joining for all assigned positions.
- Maintain accurate HR administration
- Keep employee records, attendance, leave, payroll inputs and employment documents updated without delays or errors.
- Coordinate performance management
- Support KRA setting, schedule performance reviews, document outcomes and follow up on improvement actions.
- Drive employee training and development
- Identify training needs, manage the training calendar and measure whether employees apply the learning at work.
- Strengthen employee engagement and culture
- Develop meaningful engagement programmes, collect employee feedback and promote teamwork, accountability and ownership.
- Maintain discipline fairly and consistently
- Address attendance, conduct and workplace issues professionally, following proper process and documentation.
- Provide HR reports and recommendations to the MD
- Maintain dashboards covering recruitment, attendance, performance, training and attrition, and submit a monthly HR scorecard.
- Work proactively with full ownership
- Handle HR responsibilities without reminders, maintain confidentiality, identify people-related risks early and bring solutions—not only problems—to the MD.
