Job Description
Telecaller – Bhima Jewellery
Location: Madurai
Experience: 0–3 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Follow up on customer enquiries and leads.
- Inform customers about new collections, offers and showroom events.
- Invite customers to visit the showroom.
- Maintain customer details and call records.
- Coordinate with the showroom team for customer requirements.
- Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.
Skills: Good communication, telephone etiquette, customer handling, follow-up skills and basic computer knowledge.
