OTDR Operator
Location: Maharajganj, Uttar Pradesh
Salary: Up to ₹26,000 per month

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced OTDR Operator to support our OFC/Optical Fiber projects. The candidate will be responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining optical fiber networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform OTDR testing of optical fiber cables.
- Identify and locate fiber cable faults, breaks, and signal loss.
- Perform fiber splicing/fusion splicing as required.
- Conduct fiber testing and troubleshooting at project sites.
- Maintain OTDR test results and prepare test reports.
- Assist in OFC installation, maintenance, and fault rectification.
- Follow safety procedures and project guidelines.
- Coordinate with the field/project team for timely completion of work.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with OTDR testing.
- Knowledge of Optical Fiber Cable (OFC).
- Knowledge of Fiber Splicing/Fusion Splicing.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot fiber faults.
- Basic knowledge of fiber testing equipment.
- Willingness to work at field/project locations.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Experience
1–2 years of relevant experience in OTDR/OFC/Fiber Testing/Splicing preferred.
