Job Description

Perfect Industries is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive to join our team in Jaipur. In this role, you will manage day-to-day accounting transactions, sales and purchase voucher entries, and invoice generation using Tally Prime, alongside preparing GST invoices and E-Way bills. You will maintain daily stock movements, track client receivables, and update ledger records using basic MS Excel functions. Key responsibilities include handling professional email correspondence with clients, vendors, and management via Gmail regarding payment follow-ups and order updates. Candidates should possess hands-on proficiency in Tally, practical working knowledge of MS Excel, and decent written and spoken English skills to handle routine office communications effectively. A background in commerce (B.Com/BBA) or prior billing and inventory accounting experience is preferred.
