Position: Hotel Manager

Department: Hotel Operations

Location: Joy Adventures and Resorts, Garjeda Village, LNT Road, Diggi Malpura Highway, Jaipur

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the overall daily operations of the hotel.

- Ensure high standards of guest service, hospitality, cleanliness, and safety.

- Supervise front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and other departments.

- Recruit, train, guide, and evaluate hotel staff.

- Prepare staff duty rosters and ensure adequate manpower at all times.

- Handle guest complaints, feedback, and special requests professionally.

- Monitor room occupancy, reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.

- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean and ready for guests.

- Monitor hotel expenses, revenues, and operational budgets.

- Maintain proper records, reports, and documentation.

- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for hotel requirements.

- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, government regulations, health and safety standards.

- Monitor inventory of rooms, food & beverage, housekeeping supplies, and other materials.

- Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities and ensure proper maintenance.

- Develop strategies to improve occupancy, revenue, guest satisfaction, and profitability.

- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to promote hotel business.

- Handle emergency situations and ensure the safety and security of guests and employees.

- Prepare regular operational and management reports for senior management.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel operations or a similar managerial position.

- Strong leadership and team-management skills.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of hotel management software and MS Office.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Good knowledge of housekeeping, front office, food & beverage, and hotel administration.
