Job Description
- Plan and execute dispatches from the Raipur warehouse to sites ensuring timely deliveries.
- Supervise 10+ auto and 5+ pickup drivers, manage trip allocations, attendance, and vehicle readiness.
- Prepare delivery challans and collect Proof of Delivery (POD) for each drop-off.
- Coordinate with Accounts for timely processing and reconciliation of delivery/freight payments.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure accurate and timely dispatches.
- Ensure safety compliance for vehicle operations and warehouse practices, enforcing traffic regulations for drivers.

- रायपुर वेयरहाउस से साइट्स पर सामान भेजने की योजना बनाना और समय पर डिलीवरी सुनिश्चित करना।
- 10+ ऑटो और 5+ पिकअप ड्राइवरों को संभालना, उन्हें ट्रिप देना, उनकी उपस्थिति देखना और वाहनों की तैयारी सुनिश्चित करना।
- हर डिलीवरी के लिए डिलीवरी चालान बनाना और डिलीवरी का प्रमाण (POD) लेना।
- डिलीवरी और फ्रेट पेमेंट के समय पर प्रोसेस और हिसाब-किताब के लिए Accounts टीम के साथ काम करना।
- वेयरहाउस में स्टॉक की मात्रा पर नजर रखना ताकि सही सामान समय पर भेजा जा सके।
- वाहनों और वेयरहाउस में सुरक्षा नियमों का पालन सुनिश्चित करना और ड्राइवरों से ट्रैफिक नियमों का पालन करवाना।
