Job Description
- Industrial Client Acquisition: Map and penetrate heavy industrial markets to acquire new B2B clients across metal fabrication, automotive OEMs, consumer appliances, industrial machinery, oil & gas, and infrastructure/marine setups.
- Plant-Level Relationship Building: Visit manufacturing plants and production facilities to build strong, technical trust with Plant Heads, Quality Assurance (QA) Managers, Production Engineers, and Corporate Purchase Heads. []
- Technical Product Demonstrations: Arrange and oversee technical trials, sample testing, and product demonstrations directly on industrial assembly lines or steel structures to prove durability, finish quality, adhesion, and drying times.
- Customized Problem Solving: Collaborate with the internal R&D and technical services teams to formulate custom paint/coating variations based on client-specific requirements (e.g., chemical resistance, heat tolerance, or anti-corrosion specs).
- Commercial Proposals & RFQs: Review technical request-for-quotes (RFQs), manage the creation of tailored techno-commercial proposals, and negotiate bulk annual contract pricing within authorized margins.
