Job Description
We are hiring Customer Care Officers to handle customer queries, provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls, chats, or emails.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain professional and polite communication with customers.
Resolve customer issues within the given turnaround time.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned team.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/system details.
Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.
Achieve assigned customer service and performance targets.
Eligibility
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
