Job Description
1) Manage daily petrol pump operations and supervise staff.
2) Maintain daily diesel and petrol sales records.
3) Manage credit (Udhari) accounts of truck owners and transport companies.
4) Maintain customer-wise outstanding balances.
5) Follow up for pending payment recovery.
6) Maintain accounts in Tally and MS Excel.
7) Prepare daily cash, UPI, bank and credit sales reports.
8) Monitor fuel stock, expenses and stock reconciliation.
9) Maintain bills, invoices, vouchers and ledgers.
10) Submit daily sales, collection, outstanding and expense reports to the owner.
11) Identify accounting discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
