About the RoleFreechargeBiz is hiring Field Officers for its Medak location. Candidates interested in field sales, JLG group loan sales, and recovery activities are encouraged to apply.

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell JLG (Joint Liability Group) loan products.
• Identify potential customers and generate business opportunities.
• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and application procedures.
• Assist customers with loan applications and required documentation.
• Conduct field visits and customer verification.
• Follow up on loan repayments and support recovery activities.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Achieve assigned sales and recovery targets.
• Eligibility CriteriaFreshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Interest in field sales is mandatory.
• A two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
• CIBIL score above 650 is mandatory.
• Proficiency in English and Telugu is required.
