International Voice Process Agent
Location: Near Sohrab Gate Bus Stand, Garh Road, Panchsheel Colony, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh – 250001
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: Freshers preferred
Gender: Male candidates only
Job DescriptionWe are looking for motivated and confident International Voice Process Agents to join our team. The role involves communicating with international customers over the phone and providing professional assistance.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls with international customers
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance
- Maintain a polite and professional tone during calls
- Follow the company's calling process and guidelines
- Maintain accurate customer and call-related information
- RequirementsFreshers are welcome to apply
- Good communication skills in English
- Comfortable working in a night shift
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good listening and customer-handling skills
