Store Supervisor

Job Description: We are looking for an active and responsible Store Supervisor to manage the daily operations of our Clean7 franchise store, supervise staff, coordinate customer orders and ensure smooth service delivery.

• Key Responsibilities Manage daily staff attendance, duty schedules and leave records.
• Supervise staff and assign daily duties according to customer bookings.
• Manage orders received through the app, phone and showroom.
• Coordinate deployment of riders and cleaning staff to customer locations.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints and follow-ups professionally.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, discipline and proper presentation.
• Monitor daily service delivery and ensure timely completion of orders.
• Maintain stock records of chemicals, packaging materials and other supplies.
• Coordinate local marketing activities, promotions and customer follow-ups.
• Prepare daily reports on sales, orders, attendance and staff performance.
• Assist in day-to-day store activities and support the team whenever required.

• Candidate Requirements :

• Graduate
• Good communication and staff management skills.
• Basic computer, smartphone and WhatsApp knowledge.
• Ability to handle customers and manage multiple tasks.
• Responsible, punctual and willing to take ownership of daily operations.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, laundry or service operations will be preferred.
• Key Expectations Must be willing to actively participate in daily store operations.
• Should be comfortable coordinating with staff and helping with basic operational tasks, including maintaining store cleanliness.
• Must follow the instructions of the franchise owner and provide regular updates on store activities.
