Job Description

Job Title: Warehouse Operations Executive


Job Summary


We are looking for a computer-savvy Warehouse Operations Executive to handle daily billing, inventory tracking, front-desk customer coordination, and dispatch verification.


Key Responsibilities


  • Billing & ERP: Create POs, Sales Orders (SO), and preliminary/kaccha challans using Zoho Books and ERP software.
  • Dispatch & Stock Check: Perform physical verification of goods before dispatch and update real-time stock levels in the system.
  • Payment Verification: Confirm payment receipts (UPI, Bank Transfer, Cash) prior to order handover.
  • Front Desk: Assist walk-in customers with queries, billing, and order status.
  • Data & Excel Work: Perform basic stock reconciliation and record management using MS Excel (VLOOKUP, basic formulas).


Requirements


  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
  • Basic to intermediate MS Excel skills for data entry and stock matching.
  • Prior experience in warehouse documentation, billing, or stock management.
  • Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.


Work Details


  • Schedule: 6 days a week
  • Timings: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM
