Job Description

About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented CRM Executive to manage and optimize our CRM platform. You will ensure data accuracy, build automated lead workflows, generate performance dashboards, and support internal teams with CRM operations.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations and data hygiene of the CRM platform.
  • Set up automated lead routing, workflow triggers, and customer journey segments.
  • Build custom reports and real-time performance dashboards for Sales and Marketing.
  • Integrate third-party tools (email platforms, customer support, web forms) with the CRM.
  • Train and assist internal team members on CRM usage and best practices.
  • Key Requirements1–3 years of experience managing a CRM system.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
  • Solid understanding of sales pipelines, lead management, and marketing automation.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Preferred: CRM Administrator Certification (Salesforce/HubSpot).
