 Job Description -

We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to join the Son of Swaad team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, speaking with potential customers/franchise leads, explaining our offerings, and converting leads into successful enquiries or sales.

 Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to customers and potential franchise leads.

* Explain Son of Swaad franchise opportunities clearly.

* Follow up with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp.

* Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.

* Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.

* Convert qualified leads into appointments, enquiries, or sales.

* Handle customer questions professionally.

* Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.

 Requirements

* Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

* Basic English communication is preferred.

* Confident and comfortable speaking on phone calls.

* Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and computer/mobile applications.

* Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.

* Freshers can apply; telecalling/sales experience will be an advantage.
