Job Description
Vishwas Electricals is hiring an experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, GST/TDS compliance, Tally balance sheet reconciliation, billing on software, and payment follow-ups.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGST & TDS Filing: File GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, perform GSTR-2B reconciliations, and handle TDS calculations & return filings.
- Tally & Balance Sheet: Maintain complete accounting entries in TallyPrime, perform bank reconciliations, and balance sheet account reconciliations.
- Billing & Personal/Custom Software: Generate daily invoices and log entries using internal/custom billing software.
- Follow-ups & Mail Drafting: Draft professional email communications for client queries and do regular phone/email follow-ups for payment collections.
