Job Description
* Plan and manage *Meta Ads campaigns* on Facebook and Instagram.
* Create and manage *Google Ads* campaigns, including Search, Display, and YouTube.
* Develop effective audience targeting and retargeting strategies.
* Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPL, CTR, conversions, and ROAS.
* Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
* Generate and analyze weekly/monthly campaign performance reports.
* Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead.
* Coordinate with the creative and content teams for ad creatives and campaigns.
* Track leads and conversions using appropriate analytics and tracking tools.
* Stay updated with the latest trends, features, and changes in Meta and Google advertising platforms.
