### About the Role

We are looking for a **creative and skilled Video Editor & Creative Designer** who can handle video editing, photo editing, jewellery retouching, color grading, and graphic designing. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of professional editing software and an eye for luxury, premium, and aesthetic jewellery content.

### Key Responsibilities

* Edit **Instagram Reels, promotional videos, product videos, advertisements, and brand content**.

* Create engaging short-form videos for **Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms**.

* Work confidently with **Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator**.

* Have working knowledge of **DaVinci Resolve** for professional video editing and color grading.

* Perform professional **color correction and color grading** to achieve a premium and consistent brand look.

* Edit and retouch jewellery product photographs for website, social media, advertisements, and campaigns.

* Perform detailed **jewellery retouching**, including cleaning stones, removing unwanted marks, improving shine, correcting imperfections, and maintaining the original jewellery design.

* Handle **background removal, image cleanup, masking, compositing, and image enhancement**.

* Create social media creatives, banners, advertisements, stories, promotional graphics, and other marketing designs.

* Develop creative concepts for jewellery campaigns and seasonal promotions.

* Maintain consistency in the brand's visual identity across videos, photographs, and graphics.

* Work closely with the marketing and social media team to create content according to campaign requirements.

* Resize and adapt creatives for different platforms and formats.

* Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

### Required Software Skills

**Must Have:**

* Adobe Photoshop

* Adobe Premiere Pro

* Adobe After Effects

* Adobe Illustrator

* DaVinci Resolve

* Professional Color Grading

**Additional Skills:**

* Jewellery photo retouching

* Product photography editing

* Graphic designing

* Motion graphics

* Basic animation

* Background removal and compositing

* Social media creative designing

### Candidate Requirements

* **1–4 years of relevant experience** in video editing, graphic designing, or creative production.

* Strong understanding of **video editing and storytelling**.

* Good knowledge of **color theory, lighting, composition, and visual aesthetics**.

* Excellent attention to detail, especially when working with jewellery images.

* Ability to create **premium and luxury-looking visuals**.

* Good understanding of Instagram and social media trends.

* Ability to work independently and take creative ownership of projects.

* Jewellery, fashion, luxury, beauty, or e-commerce experience will be an added advantage.

* **Portfolio is mandatory.**

### What We Are Looking For

We need someone who can handle the complete creative process—from **raw footage and jewellery photographs to final edited videos, retouched product images, and social media creatives**.

The candidate should be **creative, detail-oriented, fast, and capable of maintaining a premium visual standard** for the Hira Jewellery brand.

### Salary

**₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month**, depending on experience, skills, and portfolio.
