Job Description
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Telecalling Executives to handle end-to-end communication and sales for our Motor Insurance (Life & Term) and Health Insurance products. In this role, you will be responsible for directly engaging with both individual customers and insurance agents, understanding their requirements, explaining product benefits, and effectively closing calls to achieve business targets. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and convincing skills, with proven experience in telesales or the insurance sector, and the ability to build strong professional relationships with agents while independently managing and converting leads into successful closures.
