Job Description
The Chadha Developers and Promoters is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to connect with customers, handle inquiries, generate leads, and support the sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
- Maintain customer records and update call details in Excel or CRM.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Build good relationships with customers and provide a positive customer experience.
