Job Description

Job Responsibilities –


  • Customer Care ExecutiveHandle customer queries, requests, feedback, and complaints through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
  • Respond to customers professionally, politely, and within the defined response time.
  • Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information, guidance, and appropriate solutions.
  • Register and maintain proper records of all customer queries, complaints, and feedback.
  • Coordinate with the concerned franchise, service team, sales team, or management to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Follow up on open complaints and ensure timely closure of customer concerns.
  • Collect customer feedback after service and identify areas for improvement.
  • Escalate serious, repeated, or unresolved complaints to the concerned manager/management.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with customers regarding pending services, complaints, or commitments.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain good customer relationships.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and report recurring issues or important feedback to management.
  • Prepare daily/weekly customer care reports, including queries received, complaints, resolutions, pending cases, and feedback.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling customer information.
  • Perform any other customer-support-related duties assigned by the management.
